At Lightwave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Lightwave account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the device in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
